This blog is written by a woman who has lived through emotional abuse, gaslighting, and coercive control. I write anonymously, not because I am ashamed, but because I am still in my journey — still finding my way out, still learning to choose me over fear.
Too many of us are made to feel like we’re the problem, like we’re imagining things, like our voices don’t matter. Here, I want to show the truth: you are not crazy, you are not alone, and you deserve freedom.
This space isn’t about him. It’s about me — and about you. It’s about the moment we begin to see the patterns, the moment we realise we’re trapped, and the courage it takes to break free.
